The subject of mineral water benefits is somewhat controversial. Companies selling bottled and mineral revitalization water purification systems make claims that can be misleading. While scientific evidence indicates that drinking distilled or de-mineralized water on a regular basis is bad for your health, there is no evidence to confirm that drinking bottled water is better than using a good filtration system.
